4. Refund and Replacement Process:

• Parcel opening video is mandatory for damaged or missing goods complaint or to raise any complaint related to goods. One single video is required.

5. Shipping Charges:
• A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 50 will be levied if the customer refuses to accept the original order with products eligible for replacement/exchange only or if the customer refuses to accept the replacement/exchange product(s) after they have been shipped.
6. Coupon Code/Offer:
• If products originally purchased using a coupon or offer are returned, the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order, and the benefit of the coupon/offer will not be included in the refund.
